  • As coaches having a mindfulness practice is essential … and yet our busy schedules can pull us away from making our mindfulness practice a priority. Together we look at the value it brings and how to get past what gets in the way of a daily practice.

  • You got into this field because you care— yet it can be challenging to care for yourself. Together we can look at ways to manage stress, build resilience, find balance, and reignite your passion for the work you do.

  • Feeling stuck in your career? in your relationship? in life? Coaching can help you get clarity on what is most important to you + how to get where you want to be (even if you’re not sure where that is yet!)

  • Whether you already have an established practice, or you are looking to begin your meditation journey, I will partner with you to establish, deepen and sustain your practice.

  • Certified as a Mindfulness Facilitator by UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, I am available to teach your company or organization about mindfulness + meditation.
